Alan McTier, Principal. Highly motivated leaders from small, mid-size and Fortune 500 companies have sought Alan's counsel since he started Lifepurposes in 1990. Excelling as a coach, consultant and trusted advisor, Alan's approach is strategic, practical and results-oriented. He has a MS degree in Human Resource Development, as well as consulting experience with human resource firms such as Lee Hecht Harrison (Atlanta) and Dawson Consulting Group/Career Partners International (Houston). Alan also has experience in marketing, administration and operations management.
